You agree to use GlobalSourcing only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms:

• You must not use the platform to facilitate fraudulent transactions or misrepresent your identity.
• You must not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract proprietary data from the platform.
• You must not interfere with the security or integrity of the platform or its users.
• Commercial use of platform data without written consent from GlobalSourcing is prohibited.

As a registered user, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information at all times.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Ensuring all communications and transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Promptly notifying GlobalSourcing of any unauthorized use of your account.

All financial transactions on GlobalSourcing are subject to the following terms:

• Payments are held in escrow and released to suppliers only upon your confirmation of satisfactory delivery.
• An advance payment of 30% of the order value is required to initiate production.
• Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy within 5–10 business days.
• GlobalSourcing charges a platform service fee as outlined in the pricing schedule.

To access platform features, you must register an account and agree to:

• Provide truthful information during registration, including valid business credentials.
• Complete phone verification as required for transaction-related features.
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

All content, trademarks, software, and interfaces on the GlobalSourcing platform are the exclusive property of GlobalSourcing or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for its intended purpose. Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from platform content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalSourcing shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from third-party actions or supplier conduct.
• Service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure.

GlobalSourcing reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease immediately, and pending orders will be resolved in accordance with our standard procedures.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial law. Any disputes arising from the use of GlobalSourcing shall first be submitted to mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By using our platform, you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
